How to request deletion of your personal data from Echo 1 Labs.

Your Right to Deletion

Echo 1 Labs (operated by Mingma Inc) respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time, including data collected through our integrations with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to hello@echo1labs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or interactions
- A description of the data you want deleted (or "all data" for complete deletion)
- If your request relates to Meta/Facebook data, please mention this specifically
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
Deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request
You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

Your account information (name, email, phone, company details)
Data collected via Meta Business Tools (Meta Pixel, APIs)
Your interaction history with our content on Meta platforms
Marketing and analytics data associated with your identity
Communications and support history
Any other personally identifiable information we hold

Note: Certain data may be retained as required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance, which are retained for up to 7 years). In such cases, the data will be minimized and access restricted. We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and explain the legal basis for retention.

Meta/Facebook Users

If you interacted with Echo 1 Labs through Facebook or Instagram and want your data deleted:

You can email us directly at hello@echo1labs.com
You can also manage your off-Facebook activity through your Facebook Settings
We will delete all Meta platform data we hold about you within 30 days

Processing Timeline

Acknowledgment: Within 5 business days
Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity
Completion: Within 30 calendar days of verified request
Confirmation: Email confirmation upon completion
